Go Outside
Being outside can really help you, especially if you are really stressed or nervous or just plain bored. When you feel stressed or have extra energy to burn, why not take a hike or go running somewhere or get some friends together and play a game of soccer or another sport. It also helps going outside and being active when you are bored, because when you are outside with your friends playing a game or hiking, time flies and before you know it the day is gone.
